I developed my body lugging concrete forms around thru weekends, school vacations, and summers. I really attribute much of my success to my unmatched work ethic I developed at an early age. I rose to the top of the bodybuilding world using these great tools I learned growing up. After years of being Mr. Olympia Runner up and winning 3 Arnold classics, I finally realized my dream in 2006 at the age of 33. I won the first of 4 Mr. Olympia titles. I may have retired from bodybuilding but never from training and teaching what I have learned throughout the years. I look forward to helping each and every individual reach their own potential best.
